don't refer to engined by the car they came on... refer to them with their CCs as this is very much confusing.

at first i eas making a comparison between the 1.6 DOHC and 2.0 DOHC as those are the engines we have on the nubira and leganza respectivly here in Egypt so my answer would have been so much different, incorrect and missleading than what it should be.

the 2.2 DOHC is a stroaked 2.0 DOHC indeed but as far sa i know the TB and intake on both engines are identical.

Sorry i am talking about about the DOHC 2.0 and the leganza 2.2DOHC so u think they are identical. Cuz i was thinkin if it is a stoked engine then it will need more and fuel to mix there have bigger throttle body and intake manifold

- correction, leganza 2.2 throttle body is littler more biguer in the inside. If a bolt on part.

- Chk your throttle body you will see a bump inside of it. the leganza dont have that. I remove thar from my nubi'. Even with that the leganza 2.2 throttle is a little more bigger.. 2 or 3 mm more but make a diference.

For every one else.
-The throttle from the nubi and leggy can be used in the 1.5 or 1.6 lanos & 1.8 nubira , dont know if in the 1.41L lanos

another thing ... the difference between the 2.0 and 2.2 is not only the stroke

block is longer
oil pan is in alluminum and the drain bolt is lokated in another spot
u have to modify the block to make it fit in a Nubira L shape tranny
the oil messurement stick is in another place ( i think in the place the C20LET has the oil return for the turbo)
air intake is different

and i dont remember if there is anymore differences

anyway i know because i did the swap (thanks to eljunito)

So, as Nubira 2.2 said, you can use the throttle, and intake....

I dont want to explain any other part right now in this post to keep the theme...

the sensors are the same

and for the lean on top ... for that we have MAP sensor and other sensor that determine the amount of air entering

"correcto"

Every change that you make to your car engine is updated to the Ecu thanks to the sensors. Whn you put a new CAI and more air enter to the engine the ecu will know that, also whr you use a header.

Only extreme changes need a remap or an externer Ecu like Apexi

OH... didn't know that, does it have the same bolt pattern?? is the intake any bigger as well?

as far as i know the 1.4 lanos TB is the same as the 1.5 so every thing that goes for the 1.5 goes for the 1.4... however the bolt pattern is different and will need a little adjustment to make this mod work.
