sorry i've been extremely busy, the question i have is if you plan to make the primary hole round, if so i'll just do it in the program, i'll need the O.D. of your tubing. however if you do this i'm not sure you'll get any seal from a header gasket. i'm working on mls and mlc "big bore" gaskets and it dosen't look good. if you simply mount to the face of the flange you should be ok.
the best thing i can say is to give me a quantity you think you can move, no sence in sitting on waisted money.
as far as cost, right now i'm thinking the price should be around $65 or $70, the bad thing is steel is a commodity and the price can change quickly. but its nearly half the price of the stainlees one.
the turbo flange should run around $35 but being so small, the more you get the lower the price.
these don't include shipping ofcourse, if you close enough i'd like to hand deliver these.
hope this gets you in a good direction.

You could make a centered 1.5" primary hole.... I haven't decided on port shape yet.
I will add material via Tig welding and finish off on my milling machine so the hole really doesn't matter much.... just as long as it is centered.
I'm using weld els so it's the hole ID that is important.... I will be welding on the exterior and then milling the interior to the specific shape I want.
I was making a spacer on my milling machine at one point.... I'm very busy these days... it's been sitting there 1/3 finished for about 6 months now.
For now... I'm looking for three 1/2" mild steel manifold flanges..... I'm going to check around on the T3 and T28 flanges.... I think I can get them for around $10 a piece off EBAY

you're right about the I.D., for whatever reason i was thinking I.D. and wrote O.D. i think you right about the turbo flanges on ebay. keep shipping in mind, if it comes out about aroung $25-$30 then we might be able to work something out.
let me know about your port shape. if you need it round it will be better to do it before hand. it might be just as easy to flatin the three sides to fit.

I did recieve them as promised..... allready used a T3 and T25 flange to make an "adaptor" plate so that I can use a T25 with my 2.0L turbo manifold (T3 flange)
The flanges are dimensionally very accurate but I did suggest that they be cut at a slower speed as they are a little on the rough side. (nothing 10 minutes with a die grinder can't fix )
Mine arrived without the "bump" in the middle of the exhaust port.... I'd imagine that he figured anyone wanting a manifold would have the head ported and the bump removed.
Overall he would be on my "satisfied seller" list which means that I'd buy again and that I trust him.
I don't have a camera here to snap a pic.... perhaps I will get a chance to snap a pic next week.

well... $25 more for a smoother cut might be a good option for someone who does not have a die grinder or doesn't want to be bothered cleaning it up (which I don't mind... like I said 10 minutes and it's nice and smooth on all edges)
The holes I got were the exact duplicate of the manifold (minus the bump ) which is 2" wide and about 1 1/4" in height (oval shape)

ok thats good, I'm using a tiburon 2.0 header so that's the tube holes size.
'
GSE_turbo, I think that I have the money for the flange (even with the chrismas spences), let me have the acct clear of all online payments and I will know for sure, to order mine. This project have been in the oven for too long.

This is the T25 to T3..... I used a circular tube and crushed it (in vise) until it was nearly identical in size to the inside diameter of the T3.... then I cut it at an angle.... because I needed to bring my T25 turbo away from the block slightly..... then I matched the tubing (again by crushing) to the T25.... then welded it all together and ground / polished it until everything was smooth.... took about an hour to make.... probably cheaper to buy one when you add in the cost of my time.... but it was fun.
Here is the flange edge... you can see one side is nice and smooth and the other is a little rough... but like I said... it can be cleaned up fairly quickly
Here is the full flange.... keep in mind this was mild steel so it's rusted.... I didn't have my "cleaned up" flange here to take a picture.... but it shows the port configuration.
