Ceramic Brakes

Can some one tell me the advantages and disadvantage of ceramic brake pads, i have a 99 daewoo lanos HB and im getting sick of brake dust on my new wheels, also where is a good place to buy the pads and are they difficult to install?

the good thing is that the dust that ur talking about is barely visible and its not that expensive but it doesnt last that long. I put one in my daewoo hatch last summer and used it all winter and the next summer it was making that annoying sound(screeching).

a coworker of mine replaced his brake pads with the ceramic ones to put an end to the brake dust... it didnt work. his wheels were still covered in brake dust in no time, he said that his truck did stop a lil bit better, but not worth the $80 extra the ceramic pads costed.
