the cost is $120 shipped anywere.
i'm also working on a mutli-layer copper manifold gasket to go with but that may be a few weeks out.

as far as the discount, i can't give anymore of a discount, the cost of the stainless plate is more then what i'm selling it for cut into the part. the only reason it's as cheap as it is is because i had some from another part order here where i live. you might save about $5 on shipping but even at that these parts are heavy.
as far as the 1.6 goes, i dont think it will fit. it was setup for the 2.0 and 2.2 D-TECH and most likely wouldnt even fit the europian ecotec.
if you'd like i could look into doveloping a flange for the 1.6, but for a custom order like that i would suggest a ten person group orderto keep the cost at around $120 shipped.

If your up and running again..... I'd like to get two or three 2.0L 1/2" flange but in mild steel.... I want to make a couple of manifolds from weld els.... I can get them dirt cheap.
For those who do not know about weld els....... here is a good example of a custom manifold...... http://www.turbonation.com/header.htm
Weld els are very thick.... so they won't sag like regular mild steel tubing..... lots of guys make their own custom headers like this and have great success.
Using weld els You have to go with a mild steel flange to match the expansion characteristics..... if you use stainless with mild steel.... the welds will crack in no time.
I'd still like to get that 3/8" Mild steel prototype you made for use as a spacer if you still want to part with it.
I'd also like you to make some 1/2" mild steel T28 and T3 flanges.... which should be easy enough to make.
If quantities are an issue.... let me know..... frankly... I don't care how many I have to buy..... I'd buy 10 of each item if you gave me a good price.
PM me with details on prices ( I assume the mild steel will be cheaper than stainless ) and I will PM you with my address
