Manuals for Laganza-PDF, CD or what?

I am planning a timing belt change but need (de)instructions. I looked on ebay and found CDs or PDFs as well as some actual manuals.

What quality should I expect from a CD? Will it work on a mac?

I can't find one in the Library.
