I've just fitted a new polished aluminium one from JustJap (awesome shop to deal with).

550mmx140mmx65mm (overall width 690mm) with 2.25inch inlets.
Fills up the entire centre section of the Heat front bar.
No part of the cooler hangs below the bar. No cutting of anything to mount. Just make some brackets and your done!
This will fit past the dryer of the condensor for models with air conditioning!
You could mount a 450x300x76 intercooler if you move the horn out of the way, but half the intercooler wont get any airflow and it'll add to lag...
A 600x300x76 intercooler wont fit.
