DTC P1887 - what is the problem?

I bought Autotap scanner and it shows me: P1887 error without description. I have found that it is probably: "TCC Release Switch Circuit". Workshop wants to charge me 3000-4500PLN (1000-1500USD). Does anyone had this error before?

Does anyone has a service manual for US Nubira? I have only the index in PDF file. There is something about my problem in chapter: DTC P1887 TCC RELEASE SWITCH CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION 5A-151. Please help !!!

I don't have this error code in the documentation I have.Very sorry.
A Google search gived http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1g/bl548g.htm . Maybe useless for the Nubira.

Thanks for trying.
1. You are from Belgium so probably you have only manual or ZF16 or ZF14 in spec.
2. I have found similar link originaly. This is the same transaxle I believe: 4T40E. I have couple others links for other cars (e.g. nice trouble chart for GrandAm)
3. I have found in my manual for Nubira I this type of transaxle, so I ready for troubleshooting
