i will compain to the dam police officer that did my report and i will tell him that she lied and that if i have too, i will get wal marts video of that day. there bbbbiiiitttccchhhhhhh.....

you might wanna hurry with at least getting the tapes saved. they might delete them after like a couple weeks. just go talk to the store manager or supervisor, not a floor manager, and ask them about it.

i will ask about the videos, but the officer said that he can only write down what is said, and cannot rewrite anything that is said afterwards about the report, i am s.o.o.l. there, but i will call and see if they can copy it for me.

estimated bu Geico, the other insured woman, it will cost 431usd to get fixed, minus what i have to pay to get the bumper completeley refurbished, which is 16.96usd. but not untill the claim is not under investigation as i am posting this... she hasn't given her report to my insurance. thats not right?

Not sure... I've only been in one accident and it wasn't my car, so... I've never had to deal with insurance stuff.
