Door Panel - can't believe it is so difficult. Help, please

Post by cecilito »

Ok, so I am trying to take off my door panel, (in my Nubira) but I don't see any screw or similar on the interior door handle. Does it just pry off? Do I have to just pry off the cover and the handle stays there when I take off the panel? Is there a screw anywhere that I did not see?
I remember I did this in my other Nubira, just don't know how.
If anybody knows how this work please let me know, I don't wanna break anything.
Thanks

When i got home tonite, i will post for you the pic from the services manual from the forenza, maybe it can help, it's kinda like a newer nubira if i remember rigth (daewoo car name mess me a lot, hehe)

But usually it's in door panel. . , maybe a plastic panel that hide the screw is installed there.

I have the Service Manual for my Nubira, only it doesn't say anything about this internal handle removal...

Ok you have to pull a little to get the plastic out. The are no screws. But if you just want to remove the door panel you can get it out with out removing the door handle.
