I actually think thats quite wrong.

I think that 155 F is a little low for normal operating temperature on a car. Also, if position "B" was only 105 F, then that means that any time you turn your car on on a hot summer day, that the temp gauge would register a reading. Which is not true. I also know that the Lanos thermostat starts to open at 189F and is fully open at 216F , which would make the reading at the midway mark a little higher than that, since normal temperature is a little below the halfway mark.

I don't think those readings correspond to any specific temperature. Just "Not Hot Enough" "Just Right" and "Too Hot".

Using the logic that if the thermostat opens at 189F and is fully open at 216F, and that normal operating temperature is around the "C" mark, you can guesstimate the other numbers, but that in no way would be accurate.

i thought it was a little low, i know 250 is way too hot, and boiling point is around i think 215, and most thermostats whould open up between 185- 215, and all normal operating temps cannot exceed 250 without permanat damage

1... You can't size them up (without them looking like crap). I assume you were using the 300dpi versions? If not, then I'm not sure how much off your design was. If you need to, send me a message in messenger and I'll give you a copy of the one I did that is sized up correctly and you can adjust/modify that one at will.

2... Once I get my ODBII Live Scanning system together, I can give you the exact temps for the temp gauge (though not too sure how quick that'll be).

Hmmmm Oh... I bet it printed them out scaled to fit the paper. You would need to re-arrange them so they all fit on a 10 x 7.5 inch page at 300dpi ... then print at 1 to 1 size.

It shouldn't but it may have lost it's DPI data... Looks to me like it sized the image for the print job.

There are options when you print for print size and such. Like should it 'scale to fit the page' or what have you.
