i don't get you... i know lanoses never came with rear disks so any rear brakes assembly from a lanos will fit yous.
were you reffering to "disk brakes" by "rotors"?? if that so then you won't even find a lanos with rear disks to swap into your car, instead you got to look for an MK2 astra GT or something like that and get the rear disks from their.
in case of a rear disk swap you will need the hand brake cable - the one you got will be the wrong lengh for the new setup -and you will the proportional valves off the master cylender as well or else you will develop rear lock every time you slam the brakes.
also check the how to section, their is an elongated post concerning brakes upgrades.

slammed your a lucky bastard!! ive been looking for years now and yes it will be interchangable
well... someone said it came with rear rotors in canada then someone else said that this is not correct... now i am really confused.
Slammed: if you did manage to find a lanos with rear disks then by all means take the rear brake assembly, hand brake cable and the proportional valves (maybe easier to take the whole master cylinder) and those will fit like a glove on your lanos.
don't forget to post pics for the conversion.

thats my point... the rear disk setup is not in Daewoo parts manual so this supports the idea of "lanoses came with rear drums only".aveosam wrote:just an idea: would you be able to order the rear disc setup from daewoo if you could get the part numbers?
maybe this car in the junk yard was modded, maybe it got wrecked because the guy didn't replace the proportional valves during the upgrade and developed rear whels lockup and lost control.
hey slammed: when you get the master cylinder give me the numbers on the proportional valves.
