CEL - P 1623?

IT says that just a while ago when i got my ecu read. its said computer read/ write failure or something to that effect, what does that mean? is my ecu tearing up. how much to replace it. any info is appreciated.

well i don't see any that start with P1??? the closest one is P0163.

P0163 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 3)

well i contacted my dealer, and he said that its not a faulty code, it is a actual computer code, within itself code, not the type of codes for if something is missing/ to high/low a volt..etc.
