If I want to get my 1999 Lanos 1.3 lowered, this is what I need, right?

i've never heard of "Lo-Line" before but if it says they fit then they should work. if you're hesitant on it i'd go with eibach springs. the engine size doesn't matter on the lanos b/c all the suspension is the same.

Is there anything else I need other than those springs? (Other than labour of course)

I think "Lo-Line" is just an expression for a car looking low.

well if you wanna complete the package get some KYB GR2 struts then. doesn't have to be KYB but i've heard a lot of good things about the GR2's and have them put on at the same time b/c its the same amount of work. meaning if you buy one at one time and pay to have it put on then the other later on you pay twice for the same amount of labor twice.

Yeah I'll keep an eye out.

They are PI springs, part number 21-009.

Is that reputable brand?
