Guys in Aussie Need Help!

I think I have been ripped off by performance styling centre. After receiving my money for a DVE header they emailed be and said they would contact me in 2 days when the header had been sent. Well that was 10 days ago, I 've sent 4 more emails. No response. Has anyone ever bought anything from this company. I hope I'm not being scammed out of $300. My receipt number is 06-0221. Their tele number is (02)9729 1711. can someone is Aus. contact them for me. I can't make international calls from my phone. I just need to find out what is going on. If it's just a long wait for the header that's fine. I just like to know what's going on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey brian i rang this morning for you mate and left a message they will contact me back today to let me know i also asked for a tracking number ill give them another ring in an hour ill keep you posted.

Thanks Buddy. I was getting worried. I just wanted to know if my header was coming or not, and when there was no respomse I was worried. I've been taken online before. BHut I know they are a legit company.

PSC are a respected shop here. They're good guys from what i've heard.

Its a shame they decided to get really specialised and focus on Hyundai...

Yesterday i rang all day without a response i thought just maybe they where closed then i rang this morning 3 times left 1 message on the answering machine again without a response there getting on my nerves i cant belive as a big company like that cant be contacted and cant return customers calls very unprofessional ill keep trying brian dont worry havent given up yet ill get the shits and go there ill burn the place down.

Well they sent me a email today, and gave me a tracking number. I tried tracking it on the Aussie post site. Said no info. They said I should receive it before in 10 days and it was sent out friday. So we will see.

I think once its picked up by the couriers then it will be on the computer so check the tracking number in a few days it will show up im happy its on its way sorry i couldnt help you further.
