The guys at the tire shop and I compared the wheel weight between my original steelies and these. With rubber on the wheel we estimated a 45-50% weight reduction per wheel with these

Probably lowered JUST slightly... maybe an inch or 1/2 inch. The key for me is the quality of the suspension components and their safety aspects of them over the height of the car... though of course they're related hehe.

Hmmmm I'll have to do some research into where I can find some of those parts for cheap enough.

Get 7.5's at the very least. You dont want your wheels looking like bicycle tires. You should check out the konig prophets and the enkei series. the gf 1's would look good.

SLAM IT ON ITS ASS! should have got 195/45-R15's instead! make the car a bit lower to the ground so you'll get ever so slightly more power out of it!
heres a handy litle thing I found when browsing the net you may find interesting

hmm those do look really good but you should definately lower it. Im planning on getting some 18" motegi's or enkeis i dont know about the konigs anymore. I will then lower it and get my angel eye project underway. I can already see it in my head and man will it look good.
