Short Block

Hello Intimidator.

I remember reading that the bottom end of the 1.5 and 1.6 is the same? I wonder if Intimidator can help and ship me a short block to Australia? I am after one for the A15SMS. I have seen the products on the Intimidator website for the 1.6 short block and hope they are compatible?

sorry about the late reply.

So you want to find 1.5L genuine engine block?

Or the ones that are bore upped?

or genuine 1.6L engine?

Sorry for the confusion. I was enquiring about a genuine 1.5L short block.

But after discussions with engine builder we are looking at using custom oversized forged pistons in the original block bored out.
