Modding Ideas

Post by chris2511 »

Hi guys, i thought id make a thread on modding ideas, so basically anyone who wants to mod their daewoo can just come to this thread for inspiration, just everyone contribute a few ideas, costly or cheap, because i know how it feels to be racking your brains and coming up with nothing.

My contribuation is neons, gear knob, shift boot, intake resonator

for a Lanos:

C20LET swap, F28 tranny, 4 disk brakes upgrade, KONI suspension, aggresive weight reduction, roll cage and you end up with one hell of a racing machine.

I absolutely agree :) I would add just four 16" wheels with 195 width tyres :)

speakin of tires can i have 2 17's in the back and 2 14's in the front or something like that? this guy told me he used to own a daewoo lanos and he put 2 17's as his rear wheels? im not sure if it was 4 performance or style, but it seems style. does that damage the car?

soooo two 17's won't do anything as far as unbalancing and messing up the car right?

Hehe... Honestly I think it would look pretty rediculous having 14's in the front and 17's in the back... haha it would be like one of those 80's mods where people would put gigantic wheels on the back because they THOUGHT it looked cool. hehe

But who knows... try it out and let's see how it looks. Hahah
