i have a spare right headlight that i can make something like this out of. It would probly be good for the track and it would be really easy to install, plus you would get a lot of air into the engine bay. I am just looking for a project to do that i can sell. Would anyone else be interested in a headlight like this for the lanos.

maybe...i was planning on just making it op though. that was it would make it a lot easier for me. but i will see whats going on once i start it. Right not i am cutting the whole in the headligth lense. it will be cut where the main part of the light is ( As seen in this pic. i am cutting out the spot where it is chrome in the headlight and it will be straight through.) you will get the idea when i post pics.

that would be very simple to do infact you wouldnt even have to destroy a head light to make it. all you would need is a little know how in fiberglassingAudacityracing wrote:how much would you charge for it? and yes... yes i would
one other thing... would you be able to make it taper back to a 3" hole (as to easily hook to tubing)?
fibreglassing is not hard, plus you can use a headlight as a mould. Have you ever thought about making a pop up scoop like on the dodge superbee (i think), kinda like what the RX7 people do when they remove a headlight for intake?

i have a headlight that i got into an accident with....all the brackets are snapped off and the casing is cracked the lense is fine thats why i am using it. The headligth isnt being wasted at all. I was going to throw the hwhole thing out but i figured one day i might be able to use it for something. It would have been a waste of time to make a mold when i have a broken headlight.

hen they broke off the body shop threw out the broken pieces and gave me the headlight just in case the one on my car got smashed, so i could used this one as a temporary fix. I ended up using this headlight for my gineau pig when i was putting my headlights in the oven to painting paint them. this headligth was already torn apart so it wasnt like it had potential to go back on my car.
