when i had my honduh there was a place where all the ground wires would connect for the ecu and other such goodies.. some how i diconnected them and forgot to put them back on and when i was driving it would start to die.. while driving.. and sometimes wouldnt start.. so you could have a ground to something cut or bearly connected
most on/off issues are electrical problems.

LOL I dont know why it comes off but I went through hell the first time but now if I ever race somebody and the car runs like crap after I just pop the hood and plug in the TPS again LOL
And no the plugs not broken
P.s on a side note I just wanted to say hey I replaced my Cam Position Sensor today and saved my self $170 bucks by not having the dealer do it

MMamdouh wrote:why does your TPS socket come off?? is the fastning plastic clip broken or something?... also maybe the symptoms are different for a "bad TPS" and "unplugged TPS"... maybe i will unplug mine while the engine is running and see what happens.
