Nice!!.
I still think you would be better sending the orig away for lightening. making this one fit is proving to be a pain by the sound of it.
By the time you have got it sorted, the cost will probably run out to be the same. surely, if that is not an idea, there must be a Machine shope with a decent Laithe some where in Egypt.
I have a friend in Oz who knows a few places, should i ask him?

it is much easyer and i guess cost effective to swap the fly wheel... we will get another look at it at the local used car parts shop to make more through comparison and i hope we get lucky this time.

got access to an old 2.0 crank and tryed to fit the 1.5 fly wheel on it... it will not fit at all

the ports for the 6 screws won't line up at any position so the project is discarded.

i got a question though to be 100% sure... the 2.0 engine on the leganza is the same as the 2.0 on the nubira... right?? i ask this 'cause we got a T20SED on the nubira but i was test fitting the fly wheel on a 2.0 leganza crank.

It won't fit???

That's wierd.... I thought they would fit..... and yes.... I'm pretty sure the Leganza and Nubira flywheels should be the same.

I have a flywheel from a 2.2L Leganza from when I bought a T22SED a year or so ago.

I also have the flat style flywheel that your showing in the first picture.... if I get time I will try the flat flywheel on the 2.2L crank and see if it fits.

the small blocks flywheels wont fit unless some mods to the flywheel are made...

i had a 1.5 flywheel on my 2.0 8v, just drilled new holes to match the 2.0 crank. at that time i had a smaller ceramic clutch, later i switched to the bigger 2.0 flywheel since i had to change the clutch and friction plate.
