Plastic cover inside the wheel well...

Post by Mark K »

Looking through the hole in the engine bay where the stock airbox once was, i noticed a plastic cover type of thing that was sort of shielding the wheel...

Is it bad to remove this?
Coz i was thinking that maybe if i got rid of it, it would help cold air get into the engine bay...

Should i leave it there or remove it?

Thanks,
Mark

It can be removed but I wouldn't do it cuz when you drive all the road debri can come in the engine bay or the CAI will suck all that debri too and that's not good.

Hope this helps.
