Brake bleeding sequence?

Hi,

Can somebody explain me why the bleeding sequence is different for pressure or manual bleeding?

Manual bleeding: rear right, rear left, front left, front right.
Pressure bleeding: rear right, front left, rear left, front right.

What is the best since I have proportioning valves on rear lines?

please note that it will switch sides if you got a right hand drive car.

You are right that's for manual bleeding according to service manual.
But why a different sequence (according to service manual) while pressure bleeding?
