My Lanos (pics)

My car is in the shop for a broken timing belt and bad starter. I have had to get
a new timing belt, tensioner,water pump,valves,retainer,seals,Cam positioning sensor,starter.
That is just the begining of the list of parts i needed to get. I have a main seal leaking
in my motor. So my mech. is pulling the tranny while my head is in the machine shop.

My head is getting straight and true,port and polished and rebuilt with bells and whistles new everything!!!

My throttle body and intake manifolds are also getting ported and polished.

I will have pics of the entire rebuild of the head and the port and polish of everything.

Wow man. That's a pretty heavy overhaul on your engine.

I hope it all comes out alright for ya! I'm replacing my timing belt in mine as soon as it arrives so I don't end up having to replace all my other stuff.

cool thanx. oh and ask him if he can find an intake mani for cheap. hell while your at it if he can get any part ask him if he can get the 2001+ reverse lights. thanx again

Sorry my pc has been down for a while now. I have some great updates on my car. I have got my car back
from the mechanic and it is running like a top. The head work is has got to be the best thing for my car.

The person doing my porting and polishing did a great job. He ported the intake manifold and the TB and the head.
I have great pictures of the work done on the head and TB. As soon i get all my stuff together with pics i will get them posted.
