i would think that the nubira ecu wouldn't hold the injector open the same time that the leganza ecu does... but i don't know. fuel pressure is shared by all daewoos so it's not a matter of pressure/rate control as much as it is timing of the pulses...

i'm just speculating though, i have no solid idea

both ECUs will open the injectors for the same amount of time but the injector flow rate at is the deciding factor for how rich/lean the mixture is... right? we are running the 2.0 engine with the 1.6 ECU and so far it is working great.

Maybe the AFR will change only a bit

But the shift points can be different

my turbo 1.6 is nearing completion... but i want a 2L or a 2.2L to play with. i'd really like a 2.5 or a 3.0, but they are really expensive

The best DAEWOO engine for Turbo is the Leganza engine.

The bottom end of the block is renforced and has better rod and piston lubrication

With only 5 PSI of boost you will feel real power
Not because of the lubrication but a bigger displacement engine lets you get where a smaller displacement engine can get
with less PSI

see what i mean

any idea what the 2.5 or the 3.0 look like from underneath? my 1.6L has a forged set of internals (including crank and main bearings) so i'm not worried about it, but i would still like to drop a bigger motor in and do another big-time build up
