windscreen stain

Post by blackielaw »

After getting my car back from the sprayer, I noticed a large whitish dry stain on the windscreen which had trickled when still liquid. I managed to remove the whitish part and all seemed well. However I now noticed that whenever the windsceen is wet, the stain reappears again like a watermark (diesel like) and water seems to hold on it. Does anybody know what I can use to try and clean it, unless the windscreen glass thas been irrepairably damaged! :(
