there is a meet tonight of some of the big boys v8s, imports and some times a couple exotics. lots of 240sxs and srt-4s it only 8:45

man i left my woo at his house in crosby anyways last night. i didn't feel like driving anymore yesterday so we just came to his apt after leaving outback. if theres anything goin on tonight hit me up on my phone. just make sure to call me before i starts drinking.

WOOt!

My Vent Visors (window wind gaurds) arrived today. Can't put them on yet since it's too bloody cold out and the wife has the car. I love how these will give the car a slightly wider stance with such little effort. Not too expensive either, $50.

Also managed to find a PDF for my CD-Reciever... A JVC KD-LX1. I needed to find out how to reset some stuff and most of all, adjust the clock. Actually I came off one function that's pretty cool. It's called the Cruise function. It reads the speed at which the alternator is spitting out juice and adjusts the volume based on your speed. So as you pick up speed the volume goes up! Cool feature.

Speaking of that... Have any of you seen Fender Flares on any WOO's? I saw a fender flare kit online somewhere for the Lanos... not sure how that would look though.

there is, the CAI is actually from a 94 integra, you cut part of it off and it fits perfect

Does adding a CAI shorten the lifespan of your engine (something that is important to me)

If I can manage it, I would like to see my woo hit 350k or more miles at least

(on 72k now)

Dont get your hopes up! If you get any performance it will take away life of your car. If you just get
a CAI it wont take thousands of miles off your cars life. If you start getting more bolt-ons the life of you car will
slowly lose life. If you go turbo it is going to lose alot of life!

No... Putting a turbo on it is furthest from my mind. I'm more thinking on it's breathing. For an engine to be efficient it needs to be able to breath, and eat. It also wants some nice lube to keep things sliding along smoothly of course, but if there are ways I can improve the airflow and increase my engine's efficiency, I would like to know about them.
