how smart is this!?

Im planning to make a button car starter! i got the place, the button

and all i dont want to do is figuring out the wires!

Can someone be so kind to instruct me in some directions how to do it properly(wire colors...)!
I have realy bad exp whit the wires

well it's an easy task to wire this just cut the wire to the starter relay and pick up power from the on slot, so you will need the key to start it (make it so no one can jump in and steal your car) but to actualy start it you have to push the button, or tap the starter wire so you can still start it by key and the button.

i dont know wire colour so i cant help you there.

This is stupid thing to do. If you leave the ignition key, then what is the point of big red button for starting the engine, when you have to turn the key in ignition...

But, If you trash the ignition key, and make it keyless entry in the car, and make red button for start/stop engine. Then it's oke!

For something like that you need aftermarket alarm system with remote engine startup, like advanced, viper, sms commander, etc...
You have to remove current key system, and install automatic power steering lock system... In any case you could end up with steering wheel locked up on highway, or you can end up with car stolen by local drug user...

Do it professionaly, or don't do it at all!

audi's, bmw's, mercedes', volvo's, jag's, etc all carry keyed systems with push button starters (on some models)

even the honda s2000 has a keyed lock with a push button starter

go full keyless! shave door handles with poppers, and use a chip key thing to activate the inside stuff.

There are backup options even for dead battery. I have made all of this, except removing ignition key...

back to english: Well, he is my fallow croatian, so I told him to come to see my car, because we live in same town...

Shaved doors and stuff is possible to do, but you have to have aftermarket car alarm system that is more then that... I made myself car alarm system "SMS COMMANDER" witch is more then car alarm, it controlls nearly everything in car, and all is over SMS (short message service) over GSM...

I can controll engine on and off, stereo, windows, doors, alarm, it sends SMS with location and status when someone thouches your car, and many more options like shift light, clima managment, etc...
