Yeah... that's pretty much the problem.
CRAP! haha Muffler place wants $140 for the muffler on my Lanos. Can't I get a Flowmaster or something like that for cheaper then that?!

that's installed... The part is running $105 or so... with labor and such it's $140... still calling around to see if I can find a better deal.

you could do the bolt on thing in your driveway without jacking the car up
i think you could do better... call midas and find out pricing for a magnaflow or other muffler

Haha... they said they don't have a magnaflow or flowmaster that will fit in the Lanos. Looks like I might be stuck payin the $140

It appears that the real problem is that the muffler on the Lanos is a bit triangular in shape and not many mufflers would fit properly in it's place.
