man this freakin cold is starting to really kick my ass. i just all of a sudden felt like crap.

i am sick!... got the flu on wednesday and feeling like shit since then.

i am feeling better now but not 100% recovered yet, i hate it when i feel like that.

it has been very sparatic here in the east bay lately, its probably because we are right on a river that leads in from the san francisco bay and the tempature flucuates really badly.

since i'm in oklahoma we're right where the warm fronts and cold fronts always meet and shift so we get wierd ass weather. like yesterday was like 70's today is low 50's

when its gets 32f degrees here its time to bust out the electric socks.

it wouldn't be bad if it either stayed cold or warm and not fluctuate much so we can get used to it but the weather here in one week can change thirty degrees either way like three times.

since we're on the subject when i lived in baumholder, germany i swear to god in one minute i witnessed it raining, sleeting, snowing, sunny, cloudy, windy, not windy. maybe two minutes but i was outside was like WTF? shit was just freaky. i went back inside for the rest of the day.
