Sorry to hear about the job.... perhaps I can throw some work your way.... do you have your home computer set up with a cad program??Audacityracing wrote:hey everyone, i got laid off from my drafting job today and am in need of some residual money to keep for things like gas.
I have a few hundred hand drawn drawings that need to be upgraded to engineering drawings.
I can scan them in and take digital pictures for you.
Can you do 3D modeling in Solidworks??
I have a few products that I wouldn't mind having a layered 3D structure for.
Let me know what your capable of doing.... and how much money you want per hour to do it.
As well..... I would be interested in having you design a couple of parts for the Daewoo vehicles.
The number one thing is an engine mount for putting the 2.0L 16V Nubira motor into the front engine mount Lanos.
The tricky thing is making the mount so that it will accomidate the power steering ( It looks like the A/C will have to go )
I have about 1500 pages of inventions.... I rarely have time to pursue the development of these devices.... perhaps you might be interested in this as well.
I came up with an idea for an extreemly compact sequencial transmission where each gear has it's own clutch..... I'm sure I could get 8 or 9 speeds in the place of the current 5.... it has some similarities to the new Audi DSG... but it's more efficent.
It's hard to explain.... but the gearsets are allways in contact with each other.... so there are no syncro or issues with gear engagement.
If I can't find a tranny that will take 800hp.... I will have to make one
Anyways.... I'm getting off topic..... Email me and we will talk...... precisionboost@shaw.ca
