by the sounds of things you amp is clipping, i.e drawing more power then your power cable can handle. How big is your power cable (guage wise)? I had the same problem with my system when i was running an 8 guage cable so i put in a 4 guage and it fixed everything.
330w carbon kevlar
you'd better believe thats a paddlin

4 guage to the dis. block. then two 8 guage going to the 700s (thats what its set up for) and a 8 guage on the 500x, but its working good now, i want to get four 10's to replace my pair of 12's but i cant afford it

my amps are made to except 8 gauge ground and power, the 500x has one power and one ground, the 700s used two power and two ground. on a plus side my lights dont dim as much!

350amp ANL blade fuse in the digital volt display/fuse holder under the hood by the battery and a 250amp ANL blade fuse next to the distro block in the trunk. I like to have a fuse at each end of the main power line for extra safety. If something comes loose, that 0GA could weld itself to the body almost instantly and make the battery expolde; which would be no fun at all.
damn i thought my 150 amp anl was big. i had a 100 amp maxi fuse but it got so hot that the plastic was meltng away so i got the 150 to relace it, and no more problems

actually the same power wire is still being used (its still good),but all others are new. the only bad part is my rca's are too long so i have them bunched up under the back seat. but its all ren correctly now, just sucks about the mess under the back seat.
