I explained to him that the O2 sensor in the Manifold shouldn't be used because it came from an engine with 35K miles on it and they're recommended to be replaced every 30K miles. I then showed him where to get a new O2 sensor for roughly $30.
This is his response:
My reply to the first complaint:Do you, or do you not have the shipping insurance that your ad says would be provided? I purchased your exhaust manifold & O2 sensor as a set with both parts included and undamaged. When I received the parts, the box was torn apart with gaping holes throughout it. I'm not about to go out spending more money on a O2 sensor when the USPS damaged the parts I needed. I will be expecting and waiting for the verification of the shipping insurance to replace my damaged O2 sensor (and yes, it is $140). Thanks, James

I received my products today (on Jan. 5th, 2006). Problem is when I received my parts, the exhaust manifold oxygen sensor was almost broken off the manifold itself. So I need the insurance information so I can file a claim for the damages the USPS did to my parts (The O2 sensor alone is over $140). E-mail me back asap, as I need to do this immediately. Thanks. James
The O2 sensor can be had for around $25. I replaced mine on my car already. Let me find you the link. www.partsamerica.com search for Part Number: OS103 or on www.ebay.com Item number: 8019889824
Hope that helps.
Also I would advise not to use the O2 sensor that was in the manifold even if it were in tact as the vehicle it came from had over 30K miles and they're supposed to be replaced every 30K miles.
I shipped it with insurance and delivery confirmation however lost the receipts for them . Cost me over $30 to ship this package.
I wish there was a way to find them through the post office.
Any suggestions/recommendations? I'm really trying to avoid getting negative feedback.
