its going on here in detroit. is ther any thing you guys want me to get pics of (if and) when i go. ill have my digi cam with me, ill get some nice and close up pics. lots of concept cars and future models, should have some cool cars there.

I went to it when it was in Virginia Beach last weekend and was very disappointed.
In my opinion, most of the new cars coming out are ugly.
Car makers are making cars bigger and less efficient and I have NO idea what they have been thinking when they design these horrible things.

There were a small handful of cars I did like:
Suzuki Reno (of course! LOL)
Scion xA
Range Rover
Prosche Caymen (mid engine, AWD :) !! )
Jeep Wrangler

Then there was this VERY VERY UGLY concept Dodge Viper.
I think the design team must have been drinking and then beaten up by their angry wives when making this.

:)

That's my very biased opinion on the auto show.

just went today, not too impresed with it. ther was all this hype on the new camero, i honestly didnt like it. but oh well, aint my car

I didnt see any Renault cars there at all when I went .. that is ... other than the ones badged as Nissan. :lol:

they had an F1 car there with the audi at the end of the audi section :D


they were part of the michelin exhibit along with the motogp bike that won last year (michelin did a clean sweep in the major racing last year... f1, motogp, and lmp)

I think perhaps not all the cars were at the show I attended.
There were only 4 Audi cars and they were between the Jaguars and Rovers; there were no bikes at all, nor was there a Michelin exhibit.
