How to fool the O2 sensor at the cat????

use a spark plug anti fouler... practically it is a seat that lets the O2 sensor reads less O2 in the exhaust thus fouling the ECU for a functional CAT.

Yep, just as MMamdouh said. What it does is it sets the o2 sensor back, so it doesn't get as much flow, therefore reads less and doesn't trigger the cell.
