By full system, do you mean, Receiver, Mids and Highs, as well as Subs and Amps?

I, personally, have not seen any receivers currently on the market that advertise higher than 50x4 or 200 watts, and thats the Peak Wattage, most wont put out more than 20 watts RMS. There are many choices for mids and highs that meet or exceed 300 watts. However, you'll need to get an amp to power them due to the receiver not putting out near enough power to them. And as far as subs go... achieving 300 watts is a piece of cake.

Could help more if you were to explain exactly what you are looking for.
