Is it illegal to have a custom made intake... Ive heard rumors and read about it but im not sure

heck in here north carolina ive seen thing that you would get pulled over for in a second any were else

come across the line into tennessee...

the only rules as far as cars go...

-no speeding
-get in left lane if approaching a policeman that has someone pulled over
-move for fire trucks
-no tint darker than 35% (un-enforced)

yep thats about the same thing here except Boone.. they just got the no tolarence law and people r gettin tickets or 3mph over... thats crazy. Oh and my neighbor cops last winter was doing doughnuts in his cop car while it was snowing
