Camaro??

Post by Aneab »

My cousin has a camaro, and we're going to make it a project car...

I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a car service manual for it like the daewoo ones... for free, and if not for free, i'll just go down to the library, and look at the ones there... was just curious if there was one online first so i don't have to keep going to the library...

Yeah thats true... :-/ I need a wiring diagram too, just thought about that...

Whoever had the car before, thought they were an electrical genius and ripped apart a bunch of electrical under the hood... when most of the stuff they messed with went to the stereo SOME of it i know doesn't... there's ground wires just laying around... not secured, and other live wires.... just sitting in the engine bay... one had a sock over it so as not to electricute someone i guess... lol... i'm glad he didn't pay much for this car, otherwise i'd smack him

It runs... barely...

Anyway i forgot about the Hayes, and chilton's that you can get... that would be a better option anyway... step by steps are nice

thanks Audacity!

There is absolutely NO information on a Camaro that is hard to find. The fact that you are asking your question here means that you haven't done a single search online. Come on...Yahoo and Google are easier to use than a messageboards and a LOT faster!

Thank you mr obvious... The fact that i asked you guys wasn't because i hadn't looked online, i'd already asked 3 other Camaro forums about his actual problem, but they didn't have any info on getting a service manual... So thank you for playing, i'm sorry that i didn't look for hours to find the free one, which is initially what i was looking for...

I ask you guys because i trust you, not because i think you guys know so much about Camaros... I also ask in confidence that i won't be told that i'm lazy and wont go look for myself, when I ask as well as look at the same time because having two opinions on what to get is better than having just my own...

Thats really one of the main reasons i like this forum, because i wont be ragged on or told how to rice out my car or to buy the more expensive thing because it's better, my friend on his 240sx forum gets told every week to just "do the sr20det drop" or get coilovers instead of lowering springs because they're better.. On here i only get the advice that i ask for i didn't come here to get ragged on about "not searching" even when i do...
