there is quite a bit that you can do for cheap
and lots you can do with a little money

Wowww, first im a girl of 25 years old, we are 3 girl in montreal to get change ingine on our car....we dont buy cheap piece, many people come to see your ingine , so i dont wont more cheap but best quality! hot chic, hot car....! Montreal racing is not to bad for the piece to...ciao

the cheap stuff you can do is stuff that will help out a lot in performance. after those few cheap things thats when things get a little costly.

examples are...
~ remove intake resonator
~ put in hood spacers
~ stiffen motor mounts
~ SRI or CAI from honda/integra swap
those don't amount to huge power gains... but help out a lot!

I was thinking about, down pipe 3 po, inter cooler sprayer, also a turbo, slick ect...

Tom from 360dynamics can get a turbo kit for about $1500US that for basic stuff you need to have it running.

360dynamics is from edmonton, he can give you a hand and he also works at APEX a Neon tunning shop
