Quick timing cover quiz?

Can the timing belt cover be removed, without much trouble...i have had a half hearted go, but want to get it off to show off the belt and shit.
is it wirth the trouble?

without much trouble?? i don't think so, if attempt that then it will be no less than a timing belt job if you wantt the whole cover to b out of the engine.

BTW it is not a good idea to drive the car with the cover off.

it's also not a good idea to have no plastic cover with half the bonnet cut away, with gauges on the outside. definitly a finger hazzard.
