yeah i guess, but the paper guages dont look too bad and they are alot cheaper have you tried to do those yet?

the thing i'm looking at now is clear guages (except the numbers) with lighting behind it

ok... i did some more looking at the glow in teh dark gauges... and i found a new option that i kinda like...

ink jet paper that can be printed on... but it glows in teh dark :twisted:

yeah.... but paint would show any height deformations...

like... if you left brush marks in the paint they would show up

right... but a sheet of 11 x 17 paper is less than that

and you still have to buy the expensive led's to light it up
