are the belts tensioned correctly?
for the time beeing try putting some greas on the belt(s)... if the sound goes away then his belts are too old or wrongly tensioned.

Well he's got 130k miles on the car. (130.000km)
The timing belt was recently changed to a new one, cuz it broke when he was driving
and bented all the valves, those were changed 2.
The belt has about 5 to 6 months on it. (Don't know how many km).
I told him try WD-40 on the pulleys where they are attached on the engine.

try to use grease on the A/C and alternator belt first... i hate messing with the timing belt so lets keep that as our last resort.

the belt is longer. Is the V belt I think not sure don't know allot about engines.
And he told me that on the middle of the belt is turning white
so maybe the belt is worning out.

Check the tension on your alternator and aircon belts. When they are too tight they might a humming/screaming noise when the car revs a bit.

no... lose belts will scream, on the other hand the too tight belts will bust bearings.
