wow... that's 240 lb/ft of torque, pretty nice!

208.5hp seems a little low to me though. i guess you have some more tuning to do on it.

how much boost was it running on these two runs deathwind?

Thick Metal Gasket for lowered C/R, after market ignition plug, bigger injecor.

Except for those everything is genuine.

isn't that too much psi for stock internals?? i am not the turbo expert here but it was mentioned quit a few times that the max psi you can go on stock internals is some 6-7 psi... right?

6-7 psi was for really daily driving. you could do about 8.5 but i wouldn't recommend it. since they really study the engines though and test them 8.5psi might not be too bad for it.

really depends on how much they lowered the compression. i know you can't lower it a lot with just a gasket, but it may be enough to bump up that high

We are thinking that we may had lowered C/R too much.

We are expecting lower than 8:1.

But don't worry the nubira 2.2L turbo used 1.3 bar about 19 psi. With same spec.

And with ECU remapping we are able to control the engine up to 22 psi.

you can see based off my calc table and the map (which i edited out the other colors for convinience) that you are are getting pretty close to the edge of the map... have you thought about going with a bigger turbo?

(i know you are limited by the stock internals, but oculdn't you get a more efficient turbo than this one?)

bear in mind this is merely illustrating turbo capacity at the max rpm according to the dyno as well as factory specs

http://www.csgnetwork.com/blowerhpcalc.html

if you go there, enter 134 as the hp and then put in 11.5 psi... you should be in the 230hp range... that's why i said it was a little low :?

it's still a HUGE increase over stock

Well I don't know why but most of turbocharged daewoo has big torque but small Horse Power.

Anyway the owner loves it. If so why should we make change? :D

PS. I hope you didn't forget that we already have one with big turbo.

i wasn't saying it was a bad thing
i'd take one too :D

i was just wondering if you all had thought about a more efficient setup.

The Hyundai Tiburon's genuine ECU. Siemens SAM2000.

In Nubira 2.2L turbo. We used it as Full-con. But most of cars uses SAM2000 for sub-con
