brake and battery light on?

for some reason it came on... brake and battery... when the emergency brake was on its more brighter but then my radio turned low then off then back on... could someone be hacking my car because last night... heard some sort of beep device sound... sort of like some siren but faster on the car somewhere... or could the battery just be near dead

their are some screwed wires or a short somewhere... check your wires, sockets and fuses.

if you can crank the engine with the starter motor with your headlights on then the battry and its connections are OK.
