Anyone else getting this when attempting to enter a topic?

i see that every once in a while but doing anything on here. just hit refresh and it'll go back up. i'd advise to right click and copy what you wrote before you submit it.

i have to hit refresh like 30 times though, its really annoying me. didn't do this before.

at work the refresh button takes forever so i just hit back and click on it again. sometimes it takes like five tries to go through.
