T20SED turbo manifold

Post by GsiTurbo »

Ok, this may require a bit more of research, but I found this little guy here:

Courtenay 2.0 XE + 2.0 LET Turbo Exhaust Manifold
Courtenay Sport have a manifold which will enable owners of Calibra and Cavalier Turbos to upgrade their KKK turbo to a Garret T25 - T28 unit, which is more desirable when running highly tuned engines.
This manifold will also enable a turbo to be fitted to a non-turbo engine.
Manifolds are also available for the Vauxhall 1.4, 1.6 8 valve (Nova, Corsa, Astra) and the Vauxhall 1.4, 1.6 16 valve (Corsa, Astra, Vectra).
1.6 8 valve manifold ?259.00 incl. VAT
2.0 16 valve manifold ?259.00 incl. VAT

Problem is...they are pricey

Basically, to test the intercompatibility, I would need to get a hold of a scanned C20LET/C20XE exhaust manifold gasket, and compare it to the one in C20SED.

 that price is from space

If I would like one like these to be made custom for me it would cost less than 350 $
