it has a little tread as the gov't will allow... it's a 100% street legal tire, but if you got caught in the rain... it would suck big time

For the money you could go with a better tire. I havnt heard to many good things about those tires.. they usually come out in the top couple on magazine reviews but i dont know anyone thats gotten them twice
