Check Engine Light Flashing

I got my check engine light flashing and it sucks what the heck is it?????? I had to change the the coil becasue it was bad and then the check engine stopped flashing but now it still does it once and a wail. I did the whole disconect the battery thing and hold down the brake for 10 sec to reset the CPU and still does it any ideas? please people help me out. Maybe I should just do a stand alone ignition for the car.

it flashes because it cares.

take it to autozone and have the pull the codes and then scower the internet looking at how to shut it up.

ur alternators messed up
