Not enough temperature

Hello guys,

I need a little help from you. Maybe 2 weeks ago my engine don?t want to heat to the temperature 90?C, it heats only up to 55?C.

Do you know why is it so? Can someone help me with this? Thanx a lot guys.

it is most likely the thermostat, not shutting when it is cold so it is always allowing coolent to go threw the radaitor

i had mine go out on me and had to run with out the thermostat in the housing and my engine never wormed up,

I agree. Recomend you replace your thermostat.

How did you know your coolant temperature? I've got a nubira which seems to run cold - in 'normal driving' the needle sits half-way between the central line and the one to its left - Is this 'normal'? where was yours running at 55oC?
