can someone tell me if this is worth getting as i need something like this to hook up to my car and check for problems like im having now with the check light coming on all the time heres the link for the product please let me know asap.

it wouldn't be bad to have an obdII reader but as for that one itself not sure of the quality or the company. but then again i don't know of any.

the good ones are worth a bit its as you said its worth having one for any problems that do arise its only a cheapy but i need to know if the cable will fit and do you know where the socket is in the car someone said under the dash do u know where.

not sure you on the 1.5l but on mine its on the drivers side, inside by the center console right next to the pedals. if you look its should have a little yellow(i think) sticker saying OBDII and then an arrow to point where exactly.

i found it mine is under the glove box on the passenger side all i need is the cable to attach.

That looks different than what we have here in the US. It might not be the OBD2 connector, I don't think Daewoo come with any other diagnostic system though so it has to be. Here, OBD2 connectors on all kinds of cars have a "roundish" trapezoid shape. That's just a rectangle. You did find it in the same location it is on our cars in the US (left hand side).

if thats not it i didnt see it under my drivers side have you got a pic of what it looks like as our steering is right hand drive i had a look under the drivers side and found nothing that discribes what im looking for.need more info

has someone have a pic or idea where obd 11 connector is in my lanos right hand drive as i cant seem to find where the damn thing is or om blind.

I believe OBDI was obsolete when OBDII took its place in 1996.
