Why is it badged a Suzuki in Korea?

Intimidator, I saw this pic on you site and I was wondering why it is badged as a Suzuki Reno even though it appears to be located in Korea? I thought all the Daewoos in Korea were still Daewoos.

There is a Forenza and a Verona too? Whats the deal? Daewukis are taking over DAEWOO's homeland?

i was wondering the same thing. i don't think that the pic is from korea. i'm seeing a couple of signs with english on it in the back ground.

The license plates look Korean. (One pic has the trailer's plate in it)

korean license plate are green.

It looks like Korean characters on the plate. Plus its a trailer, maybe commercial vehicle, they might have different colors.

It is the US version, as it has projector headlamps. The rest of the world gets non-projector version.

Its almost like getting a JDM vehicle imported into US, but the other way around...or possibly some company from US send a Reno down to Korea to design a custom bodykit...who knows.

But then again, someone could rebadge Lacetti as Reno, and install imported grille and headlamps

It's a car for export.
The car in the picture is being moved from the Bupyeong factory to port for export.
